A great deal has been written about divorce, usually focusing either on parenting issues, or on the emotional or legal sides of divorce. However, little has been written about how the emotional divorce affects the legal divorce and vice versa – and how this impacts the children. This manual is an attempt to fill that gap and to assist couples going through a relationship breakdown and divorce, as well as lawyers, judges, mediators, psychotherapists and custody / access assessors.
